Warded to Pansy, Lucianna, Trace, and Josie
I've already talked this over a little bit with Tracey, so she knows the general plan, but I'm going to need your help on Sunday night. Before dinner, would you mind cornering Daphne and dragging her back up into the girls' dorm? Tracey has already agreed to nick food from the kitchen to make up for you all missing dinner.
She also has the dress that I bought (well, she helped me pick out) for Daphne to wear that night. Basically, I need you all to help her get ready for a date with me up on top of the Astronomy tower for her birthday.
I would owe you all very much, so thank you in advance.
Warded to Draco and Pansy
Seeing as you two are prefects - would you mind patrolling near the Astronomy tower Sunday night? I've got something planned there for Daphne's birthday and I'd hate to be caught by other prefects or a professor. It's completely innocent - but I'd hate for them to tell us we had to leave, you know?

I think it's possible that I'm feeling even more pressure to do well on my upcoming N.E.W.T.s since I got the early acceptance letter to St. Mungo's Healer training program back during the Christmas hols - admittance is still based on me receiving the right grades, of course.
This is why I've had my nose in books ever since we got back from our backpacking trip (which was amazing). Thankfully I mastered the art of navigating the halls without paying attention to where I'm going years ago or I'm sure I'd have quite a few bruises from bumping into other students, random suits of armour, and statues.
It's one of the moments I've been waiting on since I was seven years old - yes, you read that right, seven - and I'll be damned if I'm going to muck it up. I will make her proud of me, if it's the last thing I do.
That being said, my eyes are currently protesting reading tiny print any further. Time for a break.

So I know this is a little spur of the moment and last minute, given that it's less than a week away from the start of our hols, but does anyone want to go backpacking across Europe for a bit during break?
I've never particularly enjoyed going home I think it would be something fun to do - one last hurrah before we all graduate and go our separate ways, you know?
I'm currently leaning more toward Germany, but there's two whole weeks to go somewhere and do stuff, right? So, I'm open to going other places, too.

It's pretty bad when you find yourself holding your breath to see if you made it in the current issue of Who's Who. I never realized the lives of teenagers were so fascinating to the rest of the world.
I'm actually surprised us Slytherins managed to stay out of it this time. Maybe they decided to cut us some slack since we managed to poke fun at ourselves by running a dunk tank last weekend. And make a lot of money in the process, but I guess that's neither here nor there.
Lavender, my brain is still broken. Thankfully I still have tomorrow for it to recover.

I'm not going to come on here and make excuses for Tracey and what she may or may not have had a part in at the play or how she's treated people in the past, but come on.
Anyone who says she got what she deserved is just as horrible as she is as the people you all speak out against all the time.
Once again, I shouldn't be writing this but I don't really give a damn anymore. I'm not going to sit here and try to preach about forgiveness, peace, acceptance, and understanding because apparently both sides of the situation aren't capable of such things.
I read a lot, it's what I do. So, I'll leave you with this quote (part of it) from a brilliant muggle man.
...Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
Actually, not done yet.
You can laugh at what I have to say all you want to. It's just merely an observation on my part. And I suppose they're just pranks, yeah? What happens when it escalates? Someone will carry it too far eventually, you know.

This is what I get for deciding not to ignore everything. Whatever.
TN would like you all to know that he's not related to DG in any fashion. Also, that he is not a cad and planning on getting anyone pregnant anytime soon. TN has more respect for DG than that.
As for his comments about TD, they were definitely meant to be insulting and not an admission of having a fetish for leashes.

Sorry all, looks like we forgot to put the leash on Davis this morning before letting her out of the common room. Should you see her, probably best not to approach her until she stops foaming at the mouth.
I'm usually good at ignoring all the pettiness, but I guess Sunday's events have made me feel a little bolder.
I'm sure I'll probably regret this later. Actually, no, I won't.

So yeah...breakfast this morning was down right enjoyable, wasn't it? I mean, the house elves really outdid themselves on the bacon. I wish I'd had seconds.
I'm sure you're all quite thankful for the entertainment my father so willingly provided, too.
And before you ask - it was still worth it.
